Restaurant Week Autumn 2025 Kicks Off Today!

Get ready, foodies! Restaurant Week returns with its second 2025 edition, running from Aug 27 to Sep 29. For those new to the concept, Restaurant Week is a biannual celebration organized by Dining City, where top restaurants across Beijing (and cities all over China) serve up specially curated set menus at unbeatable prices.

Bookings are now live for Restaurant Week Autumn 2025, giving you over a month to indulge in incredible dining deals. Sure, it may be called Restaurant Week, but with so many days to feast, we're certainly not complaining!

This iteration sees a grand total of 174 restaurants participating, offering exclusive menus at special fixed prices, with four price categories to choose from:

  • Elite: Price determined by restaurants
  • Category A: RMB 148 for lunch and RMB 298 for dinner
  • Category B: RMB 118 for lunch and RMB 198 for dinner
  • Category C: RMB 78 for lunch and RMB 118 for dinner

These promotional prices allow you to enjoy some great discounts at some of the best restaurants in the city. You can filter restaurants through a variety of categories, such as “Fine Dining,” “Pet Friendly,” or “Best Value.” Alternatively, you can filter results by a specific cuisine or price category.

Included among this year's participants are 23 Michelin starred or Black Pearl diamond-awarded restaurants, so if you've had your eye on one, now is the time to go! There are also an impressive 28 “New Joiners,” which are eateries joining Restaurant Week for the first time.

To give you a taste of what's in store for Restaurant Week Autumn 2025, we've picked out a personal recommendation for each of the event's price categories.

Category C: uh-huh

Opening up back in 2023 uh-huh is a chic yet homely wine bar and eatery situated just west of Zhangzhizhong Lu subway station. They specialize in fusion food, with a menu that has everything from Mediterranean to Chinese, Indian and more. For Restaurant Week, they're offering Category C dinner sets for one person, which include a starter, main and a glass of wine. Options to choose from include Lamb Koftas, Tomato Pasta with Yunnan Spices and Fermented Tofu Pasta.

Category B: Gran Moji

One of the new joiners on the list, Mexican restaurant Gran Moji, an offshoot of MOJI, only opened up a few months ago. Located inside the Longfusi complex with a large Mexican-themed outdoor terrace, autumn is the perfect time of year to visit this restaurant. They have Category B lunch and dinner sharing sets for two people*. They've got some signature dishes on their menu, like the MOJI Classic Taco Combo, Fried Fish Tacos and Mexican Snack Platter as well as some more indulgent options like the Charcoal-Grilled Wagyu Sirloin Steak.

*Sharing sets for two are priced by adding together the selected Category's price per person. For example, this Category B dinner sharing set for two would be RMB 396 altogether (RMB 198/person).

Some particularly delicious-sounding dishes are the Truffle Risotto & Duck, featuring five spice confit duck leg, and the Grilled Beef Steak and Fusilli Pasta alla Arrabbiata with Cherry Tomatoes and Fresh Basil.
