Chi Fan for Charity Hits 50 Restaurants for November Event

Annual charity eat-a-thon Chi Fan for Charity is on track to surpass its own 2012 results, with 50 venues already registered to participate in this year's event on Nov. 2.

It's a simple formula: choose a restaurant or table host you like from the list of participating restaurants that represent many of Beijing's finest eateries. Eat, drink, be merry, and then repeat the drinking and being merry part at the after-party. All of the proceeds go to good causes (see which ones down below).

CFFC previously announced in June that it had selected Educating Girls of Rural China and Little Flowers Project as the Beijing charity partners for the 2013 event.

Aside from expanding the total number of participating restaurants, CFFC is adding a new city this year, Hong Kong, in addition to Shanghai. The Shanghai and Hong Kong events will take place on Nov. 9 and Nov. 16, respectively.

Tickets for the event will go on sale just after the Oct. 1 holiday. For more information, watch the Chi Fan for Charity website.
