Potterheads: Where to Get Your Hands on 'Harry Potter and the Cursed Child' in Beijing by Jul 31

Nine years after the 'last' Harry Potter book was released, the long-awaited Harry Potter and the Cursed Child will be released worldwide on July 31, following the premiere of the play in London on July 30.

The only way to get the novel by July 31 in Beijing that we have found is by pre-ordering via this link on Amazon.cn.

Page One staff were unable to confirm when the book would be available, but predicted it could be about a month from the release date. The Bookworm also told us they would be stocking the novel and trying to get it into Beijing as soon as possible.

The book is a special rehearsal edition of the script book written by J.K. Rowling and the playwright Jack Thorne. The story is set 19 years after the events of the Deathly Hallows, and sees the story come full circle, Harry now sending his kids off to hone their own magic at Hogwarts.
