Three Things for the Week Ahead in Beijing (Apr 7-13)

For the first full week in April, we've picked out three recommendations for you to experience. From embracing the power of a pink full moon to eating Mexican tortas or getting crafty with leatherwork, there's a whole variety of happenings in the capital this week.

Embrace – The Pink Full Moon Wellness Fest at JinShang Yuan, Apr 12

To embrace the pink full moon that will grace the sky this weekend, JinShang Yuan is partnering with some of Beijing's best wellness practitioners to host The Pink Full Moon Wellness Fest on Apr 12. Starting at 7am and running until 7.30pm, the fest blends ancient wisdom with modern wellness practices, featuring curated sessions designed to nurture both body and mind. Rooted in the powerful symbolism of the pink full moon – gentleness, self-growth, and renewal – this gathering is an opportunity for attendees to reconnect with their authentic self and step into a more expansive, mindful existence. You can see the full list of classes and activities in the poster above.

The Pink Full Moon Wellness Fest is taking place at JinShang Yuan on Apr 12 from 7am util 7.30pm, the fest is RMB 268 for a full day pass or RMB 66 for individual sessions, you can purchase tickets by scanning the QR code in the poster above and read more about the fest here
