Drink – Silky Way: A New Collab Beer From Jing-A
Last October, Italian craft brewery Vetra did a Tap Takeover at Jing-A's Xingfucun location, and now they have teamed up again to create an exciting new beer, building on their successful collaboration from last year’s Silky Way. Inspired by Italy’s post-dinner drink sambuca and pomegranate juice found on Beijing’s streets, this upgraded version of Silky Way combines star anise, coffee beans, and pomegranate in a stout base. The result is a complex yet balanced brew with notes of licorice, mocha and pomegranate. The beer officially launched last Friday (Mar 14) and is available at all Jing-A locations.
