Berlin Bites Döner Moves Location and Adds New Items to the Menu

Berlin Bites left its former abode near Liangmaqiao earlier this month and has set up new digs in Sanlitun Courtyard No. 4, with a shop facing the street next to Martini – a setup that stays true to traditional döner and street food shops in Berlin, according to owners El-Mar and Sascha Sommerschuh.

They’ve also added a slew of new items to the menu, including Dürüm Wraps (RMB 35-45) – made with thinner Lavash-style flatbread – with chicken, beef (both now carved from a vertical spit), veggie or house made falafel fililngs; an “XXXSpicy” option for their bomb Currywurst; and a few new cocktails to their drinks list.

What’s more, they’ve got coffee as well, available in-house on its own or as part of a lunchtime set with choice of Dürüm (starting at RMB 49/set) or Döner (starting RMB 65/set); and every Thursday, those who dine in-house can enjoy a free soft drink or beer with every döner purchase.
