NME: Dylan "Cleared to Play Vetted China Gigs"
NME and Billboard.com are reporting that Bob Dylan has been given the green light to “perform in Beijing between March 30 and April 12 by China's Ministry Of Culture” and has shows scheduled at the Beijing’s Workers’ Stadium (not the Beijing Railway Station, as the NME report states) on April 6 and a show in Shanghai on April 8, according to mypiao.com.
Given these tumultuous times, and a few notable mishaps in year’s past, this official vetting comes as no surprise, but whether this show will ever actually go down still very much remains to be seen.

An error in the post - the location of the concert will be at the Workers Gymnasium (工人体育馆）and not the Workers Stadium (工人体育场) as stated above.
