This just recently opened club is already a fan favorite with expats and locals alike. The underground club BEEN is everything if you’re looking for a truly innovative experience. With a self-service bar that is activated by a bracelet you receive when entering and a dark minimalistic design; this club is living in the future. The club's list of rotating and visiting DJs offers you anything from energetic techno, dope R&B beats to pulsing house music. BEEN is known for its extravagant events that range from dark rave parties to beautiful, cultural festivals with a modern twist. They've also already had some pretty big names at the venue such as UK DJ and producer James Hype and French DJ and producer Malaa, so it's definitely a place to keep your eye on.

Originally a coffee shop and vintage rock clothing shop situated in Nanluo, ByeByeDisco moved to its latest digs near the Liangma River last year, spreading its wings to become a full-fledged club. Expect everything from house to experimental to Italo pop to old school hip-hop to disco (yep, even disco). Along with a main club area with a dance floor, tables, and VIP rooms, ByeBye even has a separate lounge area with a bar for those looking to escape the noise a bit. Be sure not to miss their collabs with other local clubs and music labels, like fRUITYSHOP and DADA.
