Rock Out To Save The Orphans!

Donating money has never sounded so good. This Saturday, June 23, Yugong Yishan is hosting a charity concert organized by Snipersounds Beijing. All proceeds will go to Orphans in China. Tickets are RMB 35 before 8pm, and RMB 50 after. Rocking the stage are Multi Ego, Amos, Nancy J Brown, The Priceless Boat, Jiahuizhen, and Billowing Fairytale. Doors will open at 6pm, with the first band coming on at 7.30pm

Orphans in China is an organization that provides care to special needs orphans of all ages. According to the charity’s website, the group has taken in orphans from more than 20 government-run orphanages, cared for more than 4,000 orphaned children, provided more than 3,000 surgeries and medical procedures, and seen more than 800 children adopted.

Don’t be deceived by the low admission price; the bands will blow you away, and the money raised will make a big difference. So come out for the cause, and stay out for the rock. And when you’re nursing that hangover the next day, you can take solace in the fact that your headache served a higher purpose.
