All the Remaining Vendors Joining Us for Juicy Burger Fest 2023
We hope that yesterday’s post on vendors offering up exclusive burgers only for Juicy Burger Festival got you salivating in anticipation for this coming weekend (Oct 27-29)! But wait, we have even more vendors!
Today we’ll be taking a look at the remaining vendors joining the Fest, and what a great selection they are! From familiar faces to complete newbies, one thing they’ve all got in common is some delicious treats in store.
TABASCO ®
Besides bringing Louisiana spice born from the Tabasco peppers of Avery Island, American hot sauce brand and title sponsor TABASCO ® Brand will be bringing their special gumball machines with a range of prizes inside:
- TABASCO ® limited edition canvas bag
- TABASCO ® special cosmetic bag
- TABASCO ® Burger Fest phone holder
- TABASCO ® Oishi chips
- TABASCO ® branded products
How do you get said prizes, you ask? Well, it’s simple just get your TABASCO ® Juicy Burger Passport at the entrance and purchase a burger at any vendor to earn a stamp, plus remember to ask the vendor to put TABASCO ® sauce on your burger/food to earn an extra stamp! Every eight stamps grant you an opportunity to spin the TABASCO ® Gumball Machine which you’ll find at their vendor stall.
Slowboat 悠航鲜啤
Slowboat will be bringing five of their award-winning burgers this year: The Classic, Lao Thai Thai, The Fryburger, The Okie Double Smash Burger, and Xicha Cheeseburger. Their must-try burger is the Lao Thai Thai, a Thai-inspired burger that sees one of their 100 percent beef patties smothered in peanut sauce, then topped with a slice of grilled pineapple, spicy sauce, and Thai basil. It’s savory, sweet, and spicy all in one!
Goose Island Taproom 鹅岛精酿啤酒屋
American brewhouse Goose Island will be making their Juicy Burger Fest debut! They’ll be serving their Brewmaster Beer Cheese Burger and Bacon Cheese Burger. The former combines a 200g beef patty with Goose Island 312 beer cheese, smoked tomato relish, bacon jam and to finish it all off a smear of Goose Island 312 beer mustard to add a tangy kick.
Great Leap Brewing 大跃啤酒
Beijing stalwart Great Leap is keeping things simple with The Old Fashioned Burger and The Bacon Cheese Burger. The latter is their recommended option with an all-imported Australian Angus beef patty, roasted tomato sauce, and choice bacon. They’ll also be offering some free teaser burgers at the fest to get you hooked!
Tough Tongue 硬舌酒肉
Bringing the meaning to the tongue in their name, Tough Tongue will be serving up the Tough Guy Garlic Ox Tongue Beef Burger. Ox tongue slices are combined with garlic, sesame, and sweet and sour sauce layered on top of a thick beef patty with fresh tomatoes for a rich, meaty experience.
If you fancy yourself a bit of a drinker there's a challenge in store. Participants who finish a beer within eight seconds can win themselves a can/glass of beer and those within six seconds two cans/glasses of beer.
Bay Area Bar & Restaurant 湾区酒吧
BAY AREA BAR will have their Bay Big Baby Double Beef Cheese Burger and Bay Black Truffle Beef Burger. A new addition to their menu, the Bay Big Baby Double Beef Cheese Burger features a patty mixed with seven spices for seasoning. It's then paired with imported cheddar cheese, pickled cucumbers, and secret shredded onions.
MORROW Grill & Cantina 墨佬墨西哥餐厅
Mexican restaurant MORROW will have two burgers up for grabs this weekend: Black Truffle Double Beef Cheese Burger and Pistachio Pesto Double Beef Burger. The former is centered around a double beef patty that’s mixed with Sichuan black truffles, allspice, nutmeg and Mexican guajilo smoked chili loaded up with cheese.
HYATT REGENCY BEIJING WANGJING 北京望京凯悦酒店
HYATT REGENCY BEIJING WANGJING will have The Classic Hyatt Regency Wagyu Beef Burger and a Pork Burger. The former is one of the signature dishes from their Market Café, featuring a hefty 300g Wagyu beef patty crowned with a slice of Gruyere cheese and lashings of their secret sauce. It’s juicy, tender, and full of flavor.
Side Street 街旁
Side Street has four different burgers on the menu, including a vegan option: The K.O., The Cholo, the Squatter and the Hutong Hipster. The must try has to be The K.O., which sees double Angus beef smash patties topped with red and white cheddar cheese, IPA caramelized onions and a signature K.O. sauce.
For vegans, their Hutong Hipster is one of the best veggie burgers in Beijing, made from a spicy spinach and potato combination layered with red onion, tomato, lettuce, tamarind sauce, and mint sauce.
Slider Nation 小堡邦
Go to Slider Nation's booth for The OG Sliders (available as spicy or regular), made from 50g of Wagyu beef smashed with thinly sliced Vidalia onions then topped with American cheese, crisp pickles and their signature “crack sauce”, all sandwiched between their specially steamed Hawaiian style buns served up with their coveted Duck Fat Fries.
But the duck fat doesn't stop there. Burger Fest will see the debut of Slider Nation's new Duck Fat Fried Chicken Nuggets, served with their own honey BBQ sauce, and brand new Chips & Fire Roasted Salsa, made in-house with crispy duck fat fried corn tortilla chips.
For drinks, there's the burger joint's infamous cocktails, including the Bloody Mary, made with their own chili infused vodka and homemade tomato spice blend; Gin & Tonic, infused with fresh thyme and Meyer lemon rinds; Jack and Coke Slushie and Aperol Spritz Slushie.
DOSH 到时精酿餐吧
DOSH is bringing two burgers to Burger Fest, the Stout and Smoked Cheese Burger and the Parma Ham Burger, the latter of which is highly recommended by the restaurant. For this concoction, the smoky, salty, Parma ham is layered atop a wet-aged beef patty. Then comes the melted cheese and a special handcrafted sauce. Finally, a fluffy brioche bun brings it all together for a loving embrace.
Benlo’s Burger 本楼汉堡
Benlo Burger pride themselves on blending traditional Chinese cooking techniques with Western burger culture to deliver a unique taste experience. You can taste it for yourself with their Benlo Smash Burger, Double Smash Burger, Benlo Chicken and Beef Smash Burger, Double Majiang Smash Chicken Sandwich and Benlo Spicy Chicken Sandwich.
The latter is the one to try and it features fresh chicken thigh which is prepared through a traditional Chinese technique of stewing the meat first. It’s then covered in a delicate batter and fried until perfectly crispy on the outside but still juicy on the inside.
Chang’an 28 Steak House Restaurant 长安28 干式熟成牛排餐厅
Chang'an 28 specializes in American-style dry-aged steaks cooked by a team of renowned chefs. What's more, all their burgers are strictly American prime beef and dry-aged for at least 28 days. They'll showcase this with the Prime Dry-Aged Double Beef Cheeseburger, featuring two dry-aged beef patties stacked between layers of cheese and sandwiched in a soft sesame bun.
DRINKS LAB 饮料研究所
DRINKS LAB will be serving up all manner of cocktails, be they long, short, classic, or even non-alcoholic for those non-drinkers out there. For said non-drinkers they have two carefully crafted non-alcoholic cocktails: Non-Alcohol Peach Mojito and Non-Alcohol Mango Mojito. A cute, themed addition to the drinks they’ll be serving on the day is Monkey King shaped ice cubes. In keeping with spooky season they also have a Halloween Punch which you can enjoy with an RMB 5 discount if you dress up!
CHEERS 齐饮CHEERS
CHEERS Wines will be joining the fest with plenty of their great quality wines and carefully crafted cocktails. On the wine front, there will be Nos Racines Merlot, Nos Racines Sauvignon Blanc, Bonaval Cava Brut and Montepalacio. In the cocktail department, they’ll have a refreshing Gin and Tonic, a fruity Paloma, a tongue-tingling Spicy Sparkling Margarita, that classic bubbly Italian concoction, the Aperol Spritz and finally, because it’s that time of year already, Mulled Wine. They’ll also have an array of cheese and ham available too.
CUBE COFFEE
If you’re after a caffeine boost during Burger Fest, then CUBE COFFEE have you covered! A brand dedicated to integrating coffee culture with art, they’ll have a range of their signature coffees on offer to give you that much needed pick-me-up.
iGELATO iGELATO意大利手工冰淇淋
iGELATO only uses fresh, natural ingredients with zero additives in their made fresh daily gelato. Their gelato is also low in sugar and fat and is made using traditional Italian methods.

The Beijinger's 2023 Juicy Burger Fest is happening on Friday, Oct 27 from 3pm-9pm and Saturday, Oct 28-Sunday, Oct 29 from 11am-9pm at Xidianjiyi FunsTown in Gaobeidian. Standard early bird tickets start at RMB 20/person and can be purchased by scanning the QR code in the poster.
