新媒体运营
New Media Operations - Bilingual Chinese/English

Job Duties 工作职责:

--负责True Run Media旗下所有中英文品牌新媒体平台的每日运营；
--与中英文编辑部的编辑密切沟通，对编辑提供的文字内容进行排版、视觉美化以及必要的建议，并将其按照要求准时发布与各新媒体平台和渠道；
--确保所有产出的文章、博客、短视频等内容的视觉美观性及功能性；
--持续学习并掌握新的新媒体运营技能，并时刻追踪新媒体风向。
-- Design content for various True Run Media digital channels
-- Work with Chinese and foreign editors to conceptualize and execute excellent digital design for blogs, wechat posts, videos for multiple platforms
-- Keep on top of cutting edge design and functionality across digital platforms
-- Learn new technologies and platforms

Requirements 应聘要求:

--具备至少2年以上全职运营微信公众号、微博、头条、短视频等平台的经验；

--具体良好的图片处理能力，能够熟练使用PS并独立完成简单设计；

--熟练掌握所有新媒体平台后台系统的使用、管理及辅助工具的使用；

--良好的英语阅读及口语能力；

--加分项：视频剪辑及视频制作经验

-- Experience designing in WeChat and for the web
-- Familiar with designing graphics for the web on handheld devices
-- Familiar with the WeChat backend interface
-- Familiar with the WordPress backend interface
-- English reading and speaking skills
-- Video editing and video graphics skills a plus
