Topshop Opens First China Retail Store at Galeries Lafayette

Favorite British high street brand, Topshop, beloved of celebrities, including Kates Moss and Middleton, opened their first official bricks and mortar store in China at Galeries Lafayette on August 28.

Founded in Sheffield, UK in 1964, today Topshop had more than 500 stores worldwide. Long known for its accessible take on high fashion trends, since the 2000s Topshop has worked with a number of designers and celebrities, including the aforementioned Kate Moss and Hussein Chalayan, on limited edition capsule collections. 

The concession in Galeries Lafayette is fairly small, but promises to have new collections arriving on a weekly basis.

Head over before September 13 to enjoy special discounts and giveaways during their opening period. Students also get 10 percent off on presentation of a valid student ID.
