Taste Fine Italian Wines and Moroccan Cuisine at Caravan on Monday, June 29
Head to Caravan this Monday, June 29, for the first in a series of dinners pairing fine wines with Moroccan food.
Caravan have teamed up with CruItaly to invite winemaker Guido Damilano to discuss the three wines they will be serving that evening: a 2000 Barolo Lecinquevigne, a 2011 Barbera d'Asti, and a 2013 Barbera d'Alba DOC.
The food menu for the evening includes a series of imperial dishes that aren't usually on the menu at Caravan:
Berber White Gazpacho
Imperial Salad
Three Meat Couscous Royal
Marrakech pudding
(Vegetarian option available upon request)
If one of the wines available on the night takes your fancy, you'll also be able to take them home at 25 percent off the usual retail price.
The dinner, including the wines, is priced at RMB 300 per person. With only 14 places available, you're going to want to grab your seat for this one ASAP. RSVP to caravanbeijing@outlook.com or 8563 0801.
