Munich Oktoberfest Coming to Beijing September 6

There will be just enough time to recover from this weekend's Qingdao Beer Festival before the first official Munich Oktoberfest arrives at Beijing's Olympic Park Sep 6-21, bringing Bavarian entertainment, food, and of course, beer, to the capital.

The 15-day event will cover 70,000 square meters divided into four tents, each focusing on different aspects of the main Munich festival: festival history, games and traditional Oktoberfest fashion, food, and of course, beer.

Grounds will be open Monday through Friday, 2-11pm and Saturday and Sunday 11am to midnight.

There's still time to get your lederhosen cleaned.
