Hello!

As I am leaving China my current place of stay will be available for rent.

It is located in Gaobeidian, a historical village within Beijing. The house is a 15 minute walk away from the Gaobeidian metro station.

The room is about 20m² and includes a bed/living room, a kitchen and a bathroom.

The monthly rent is 3500 RMB + 400 RMB until March for the floor heating. The first payment has a 1-month deposit, so an extra 3500 RMB.

The contract lasts until mid-July.

For any questions or inquiries, you can send me an email on sverrebeijne@gmail.com.

China Media Museum

The China Media Museum is situated in the basement of the library of Communication University of China (CUC), China’s leading university in media education, and is a must-see for AV club nerds. Making full use of the rich media resources owned by the university, the museum provides a general overview of the development of the media industry in China.

Royal Stacks

Serving fresh burgers with imported 100 percent Australian grain fed, GMO and hormone free beef patties, Melbournian chain Royal Stacks has made a strong entrance to the burger scene in Beijing. Situated in the old Ito Yokado mall building, next door to Starbucks, it's a welcome addition to the Shilipu neighborhood, which has pretty slim pickings when it comes to western food. Seating space within the bright and cheerful '50s diner-style restaurant is a bit limited, but plans for outdoor seating are already in the works.
