My first time in the diving restaurant was November 2019 and it was such a lovely surprise. At the time they really only had Hotpot as an option, but the owner was glad to introduce herself to me, her first foreign customer. I felt so lucky to be given the chance to try the menu's "secret" dishes, which included different style kebabs and roasted oysters and baked razor clams. While the staff of the restaurant speaks little english, the menu includes pictures and full english translation so everything was easy to look through. The HotPot is also not your typical hotpot as they cater the pots to individuals, A-la xiapu xiapu, but with more class and using a gas burner instead of electric.
The restaurant includes a private room for parties(I celebrated christmas there with a group of friends) and the private room uses multipe projectors to let you feel like you're in an underwater aquarium. Fish and jellyfish float along your table while a giant great white shark swims behind you.
Because of the weather, I never got the chance to enjoy it, but the restaurant also has a huge outdoor patio built for sharing drinks and lounging with your friends.
I absolutely recommend the restaurant for anyone who enjoys
Hotpot, seafood, lamb and beef kebabs, and most importantly diving!
The restaurant even includes a partnership with a local experienced diver where they give discounts on diving certifications!

Re: A dip into ocean heaven
This is like a press release for the restaurant. Or the about us page.
Are any reviews on this website real?
Re: A dip into ocean heaven
well this was my review. do we need to be so cynical?
I went with a group of friends and it's a new restaurant that seems like a place foreigners would more enjoy as a place to hangout than I saw in the Chinese customers.
I like to fancy myself a writer and this was my first time trying to do a "restaurant review"
do we need to be so cynical

@fanyingxiong17 Don't listen to the haters - if you read their other comments, you'll see a pattern here.
(and @ you guys edgelords, I know you're out there watching, feel free to be snarky and double down on your symbiosis bullshit, it will be rightfully ignored)
