Very good establishment

This review is long overdue.

I first found my cat partner here about five years ago. I was given the background story of her life up until then, which helped me gain an understanding on how best to care for and cohabitate with her in the future. She later boarded with ICVS, her first home, a few times, and each time the staff at ICVS conscientiously sent me photos and written updates on how she was doing, giving me the peace of mind necessary to do whatever I had to do out of the city. Their boarding prices are very reasonable.

I attended the "departing from China with pets" seminar for the first time a few years ago, before any concrete plans were formed, just to be sure that I eventually could leave the country, if I wanted to. This year, when the decision was finally made, I attended the seminar again, to learn the exact steps I had to take to make it happen. I was extremely stressed and anxious over the whole process, worried that somehow I might make a mistake and not be able to take my partner with me on schedule. Mary, the owner, was with me every step of the way, making sure and reassuring me that in my case, things were alright and I should have nothing to worry about.

Everything went according to plan, and for meeting my partner in the first place and being able to take her with me abroad, to ICVS I am very, very grateful.
