Review of DHL
Having a package mailed from the US using DHL 3-day delivery service (and being charged for storage and tax) I finally received it yesterday (2 weeks later). I have had boxes mailed to me using USPS and received it in under 10 days with no extra cost. Never again.

Were you unavailable to receive the package so they had to store it for a week or two?
The tax is a government issue, not a DHL issue.
