Decent food, well-intentioned but slow service

I've been to the Sanlitun location of this restaurant. The food here is decent enough... tasty and healthy. If you live in the neighbourhood, I'd suggest getting it delivered though. The kitchen can't handle more than about two tables. Basically on almost every occasion that I have gone to the sanlitun location (I'll say five times in total) I've had either my food or the food of people I am sitting with take upwards of an hour. If they are experiencing a rush, expect an even longer wait. I'm sure that this kind of wait is OK for a lot of people, and you can see that the kitchen is very small (so it's probably understandable), but I find it overly annoying. Still good people and good food though.
