For my taco fixes in Beijing there are a few good options these days and Santa is towards the top of my list along with Fiesta Tex Mex and Taco Bar. Of all the taco's I've had in Beijing I think I enjoy their corn tortilla's the most though I don't know if they make them in house. They have a good selection of fillings though I usually stick with the chicken, barbacoa and shrimp. The tortillas, meats and other fillings are always tasty and fresh. The only complaint I have, and it's a small one, is I'd like to see a bit more flavor and variety in their salsa's and maybe a choice of salsa's when selected for delivery from youcansong. Their salsa's are a bit spicy, which of course they are, but they lack some flavor that I'd like to taste to round out the salsa a bit more. I'm a salsa fan, and a fan of theirs, but I expect more than just a typically "spicy" flavor from salsas. Falling just short on the salsa side is what's keeping them 1A to Fiesta Tex-Mex's 1 on my list for tacos I most enjoy in Beijing. But still, good job Santa, keep up the good work.
