has really gone downhill

I am alarmed to think that Va Va Voom once received awards as one of the best restaurants in town. It has gone down significantly in a short period of time. Service is important in a restaurant (always), but I always give this some slack if the food is properly prepared. A recent Pad Thai came in watery almost like a soup. I should have known better to order Pad Thai from a restaurant to be almost everything to everyone. The Pho didn't have much punch and was missing some greens that are typically (always) found with such a meal. Really disappointing I'm afraid.
