Every single time I order from Jinshisong, it takes at least an hour and a half, sometimes up to 2 hours. yes, the website is nice and shiny but the service sux and the food is always cold.
In contrast, KK Rabbit (kkrabbit.com.cn) arrives within 40 minutes no matter where I order from. Nope, the KK Rabbit website is not as pretty but it is perfectly functional, they call the second you hit "submit" to confirm the order and they give you free cans of coke or sprite.
I have always used sherpas, jinshisong and kkrabbit without really caring which one I ordered from but the past 3 deliveries from Jinshisong where they have been so slow, the food has been so cold and delivery guys not having change has made us totally cut them out of rotation. Oh and the food from Wagga's is, on average, 10 kuai more expensive on jinshisong than in the restaurant.
We have sent them feedback several times via the site which says "We will get back to you, we promise" but they have never answered me, so I do not feel bad about posting this review.

Re: All other delivery websites are better than this one.
We're well into the first hour of waiting for some Sichuan food, ordered from Jinshisong. The helpline people are friendly enough, and have offered us a discount on the delivery already, but this doesn't take away from the fact that they promise to deliver a service and they simply don't. Jinshisong is the very worst of the delivery companies in Beijing, consistently failing to fulfil their primary function, which is to get food from the restaurant to the customer within the time promised. I would recommend everyone to avoid this company and its services. There are plenty of other options in Beijing.
