Bars come and go in Beijing faster than hair salons, the beers are almost always over priced, under-chilled and misunderstood. When you find a bar that gets everything right, plus it serves great food, you keep going back.
Everyone else here has named all the reasons why Plan B works, so I won't repeat. What I will do is tell you that they have expanded into next door and now offer a nice pool table, a couple of dart boards and a few high top tables.
Trevor is adding to the menu all the time, skewers next up, looking good.
I can't praise the burger enough, but I will try. The Big Metz is my favourite but they are all good. Its flavourful, it's juicy (can't stand dry burgers, whats the point?) and, best of all, it's big 
It now comes with a smart little potato salad. This is my local, it's a real local, almost everyone knows your name and for me, it's the best bar in Shuangjing. I think the question I am left with is this: if Plan B is this good, why bother with Plan A in the first place?
