Qi Yuan Grocery is a really fantastic resource, especially for those of us who are homesick for a really good curry. If there's an ingredient I can't find elsewhere in Beijing, nine times out of ten it will on the shelves at Qi Yuan.

A word of caution: check the sell-by dates on the boxes!! Although spices don't "go off" per se, they do lose their flavour over time, especially when ground. One box I picked up was from 2009!

i went shopping to YI QUAN an indian grocery store unfortunately when i arrived the store was no longer there...the place was demolished ...could anyone direct me the new location of YI QUAN INDIAN GROCERY STORE...TELEPHONE ..OR WECHAT.
