Good pizza for me

It is interesting to read all the reviews here.
First let's talk about the pizza itself. There is no universal rule about what is a good pizza. This is probably why some chains have been offering different choices of crust. So it is not surprising to read that some people hate it and others love it. It depends on what kind of pizza you were raised on. For me this is perfect pizza but I know that my Italian friends who likes thin crust will hate it. Lots of cheese? Yes, and I love it this way. but if you think that Annie's has good Italian food and that shrimps are a pizza topping then this is not the place for you.
And yes the menu is bizarre and about the rules, well, let's have a sense of humour guys.
But i have to admit that service is usually sub-par. if it wasn't for the pizza I would not return there. Was there once with a friend on a Friday night. We had 2 slices left plus some in our plate when they just put the remaining slices in take-away boxes and were taking our plates away. What is this? Did we exceed our allocated time to eat the pizza? And to say that the waiting staff's english is limited is an understatement. Went on my own recently and they sit me at the bar. They gave me a menu but nobody comes to take my order. I asked the guy behind the bar who I place my order with but he dies not understand me. He calls in a waitress but she also cannot understand what I am saying??? Hey! I just want some food.
Five stars for food and one star for service.
