I went to this restaurant last night only because I had a 200RMB gift certificate I received at their opening party that I wanted to use. I have to say that we were very unimpressed. You would expect a high-end place to give a high-end feel, but the menu was sheets of laminated white paper stuck between 2 light blue pieces of paper - it looked like the type of thing you get when you go to the corner store to photocopy a book. The prices were extremely high, the food was mediocre at best, and the portions were not very big. Our final bill was almost 600RMB and we left hungry because we didn't want to keep paying for overpriced sushi (so then we went across to Gori and had a lovely piece of cheesecake!). I would not see why anyone would ever go here. I expect this place to be out of business by mid-2012. And you can quote me on that.
