I love being able to eat smth small and simple at a bar from time to time and Scarlett has a menu that also offers quick but original bites. To my surprise I saw a new element to their menu : Steak Tartare. And guess what ? Cut by hand !!! Sorry Brasserie Flo but this Tartare is the best one I had in Beijing. Hand-cut tartare is just the way it should be. Next time I'll have it I'll ask the kitchen to chop the veggies a little smaller and we'll reach perfection ! On the other side I think the service speed could still be improved, especially the order processes from waiter to barmen/kitchen, I often have to ask twice for small orders to come quicker.
