This restaurant is the best Thai I found so far after trying disgusting places like "So Siam" and "okay but not THAT good" places like Purple Haze.
The vegatable samossa was fresh with a sugarish salsa. The Tom Yam was gorgeous and really good (sour but not too spicy, with fresh seafood) and would put the lemon+red pepper broth of Purple Haze to shame. The fried beef was spicy as hell but plain delicious. The anman curry (dont remember the exact name) was however disappointing because he was VERY sweet but I don't now what this dish normally taste like. Maybe its normal. The fried noodles were excellent with a drop of sesame oil without the gross oily feel of chinese noodles. Too bad they charge a lot (7 rmb is a lot for rice) for a bowl of plain rice. Portions are quite big.
The service is okay and the small terasse perfect for summer despite the depressing concrete view of this plaza. They don't have toilets so you'll have to walk a bit to wash your hands and such.
It cost us something like 220 rmb for those dishes and two beers.
I'll definitely come back as its definitely the best thai restaurant I tried in Beijing.
