Thanks Lollipop bakery! When I want to celebrate a birthday, this is what I want. Please do not give in to requests to make them less sweet, creamy, etc. There are several other bakeries doing this type to cater to the Chinese market.
I want lots of creamy, sweet, swirly icing. I want moist, sweet cake. I don't want to always have to make a mess in my kitchen to bake them myself! Delivery was exactly between 9-10 a.m. as I had specified on the order. Glitter had my girls jumping up and down. The mixed box pleased everyone. (except husband...Chinese "TOO SWEET". Yeah, well, that's why there's xiaobing on the corner.) Great cupcakes.
