Walk down some stairs and hear real bad selection of music to see a relatively empty dance floor. The bartenders are slow and paying 35 kuai for a crappy import beer sucks.

Id say the crowd is a mixed bag about 10% are back packers and tourists who read about Vics in a travel book , 20% prostitutes from ex soviet countries. 30% creepy old men from around the world whom converge on this very location, 35% rich chinese men with their ladies on VIP tables with a huge platter of fruits drinking tea and occasionally leaving the the VIP table to go to the bathroom.
