We went there with some friends, and I will never go back again.

It was expensive for what we got, noisy because of work (they didn't make any effort trying to make the place quiet), food was just OK -> avoid the place.

Some of the items are overpriced but most stuff is reasonable.

Also, it's not supposed to be quiet.

What effort were they supposed to make?
Ask everyone to please keep it down for the sensitive laowai that just walked in?

It's a bustling Chinese restaurant where they dress Korean and have some Koreanish dishes, not a library.
