Lousy Mediterrean Salad

I just ordered the Mediterranean salad from here and it was lousy. The eggplant was flavorless and had lots of skin pieces which were as tough as leather, there was only a tiny blob of feta, the tomatoes were old, and the dressing wasn't seasoned at all. Just vinegar and a dash of oil, and bad vinegar at that - my mouth is still burning. This was all thrown on top of a heap of yellow romaine lettuce. Add to those things a long wait and you get one sorely disappointed customer who had to order another lunch elsewhere.
