Review of Shanghai Min (Xiao Nan Guo)
If you are a pork lover, you should not miss Xiao Nan Guo. Their hong shao rou is the best I've ever tasted in my life!!! On top of that, their price is reasonable, good locations (Liangmaqiao, Dongzhimen, and I think there's one in Wangfujing, and coming soon in Sanlitun Soho), and good service (finally in Beijing I found a fuwuyuan who understands what it means if I open the lid of my teapot).
Recommended dish: hong shao rou, ji mao cai. Average price: 60-100RMB/person (without wine)
