From the telephone weather report English line:

Today: "partly cloudy," with "fog in some areas" and a "minimum humidity of 50%"
Tonight: "partly cloudy" with a minimum humidity of 90%"

90-friggin'-percent???

Since when did Beijing become the tropics?

And yes - I realize I'm playing a game of "shooting the messenger" here, but I hardly consider what I see outside my window right now "partly cloudy" and "fog." I can barely breathe.

Plus it costs 3 mao each minute.
