Bellagio's has long been one of my favorite places for Asian food. The food is always delicious and I cycle through my favorites with each visit. The cabbage and bacon is yummy, but for a more legitimate vegetable plate I get the dragon beans cooked with garlic. Anyone that has not tried this yet should. The kung pao chicken is delicious. I love the sauce, sweet and not an oily mess. The chicken is always tender and I can't get enough cashews. The spicy tofu with pork leaves my taste buds tingling. The whole tilapia is cooked perfectly with crispy skin and soft meat. A beef dish that comes out sizzling on a hot plate with onions and peppers (I've forgotten the name) is nice and flavorful and a heartier option. Pricier than local places, a meal varies greatly depending on the dishes and a light lunch for two can be around 100 to a larger dinner, with drinks, to a bit under 300.
