SALT is one of my favorite place to go and get amazing food. The menu changes and there are several selections for each course. This place isnt where you go if your looking for something specific, you come here to appreciate something new, not a generic plate you can get anywhere else. My mussels with a bouillabaisse sauce was delicious with hints of fennel and orange and a broth with more depth of flavor than I've ever had. The truffle risotto was rich and creamy and with a generous amount of truffle throughout that gave it a unique taste and extra texture. My boyfriend's steak was great and even under the yummy sauce you could tell that the steak had been cooked perfectly. The desserts are always a perfect compliment to the end of the meal whether its chocolate cake or souffle. The wine list is good and there are some great wines that won't break the bank. The service has never been anything but perfect and the price, just under 200 for 3 courses, is well worth it.
