It's been a while since I've been, but used to frequent this place quite a lot when I was single and living in the area. The Yangrou Paomo (essentially bits of hand-torn or optional machine-torn bing, known in Sha'anxi as mo, served with mutton, cilantro, wood ear and vermicelli in a hearty broth) is cheap and tasty.

Renovations aside, the atmosphere and decor are strictly old-school and this is definitely not the kind of place you would take a date. Come with a magazine or headphones and a hearty appetite and you're all set.
