Review of Indian Kitchen
5

I go back and forth between which is better, this place or Ganges. This place is definitely more low-key than Ganges. It is in a pretty plain building right across the water. It's always busy, and – one of the best signs of a good Indian restaurant – it's always full of actual Indians. We've had events here for a large group before where they set us up a huge buffet with unlimited beer for 150 RMB each, which was a great deal, considering how much we all ate and drank. The manager is a very nice guy. When I've gone in smaller groups, it tends to be under 100 RMB per person for a meal, plus nan, and beer, which is less than I usually spend at Ganges.

I've never had a bad dish, and the portions are sizable. The menu is pretty diverse as well. Indian Kitchen will continue to be a staple restaurant in my dining repertoire for as long as I'm in Beijing.
