Hits the spot for families

Horizon's 88-kuai all-you-can-eat dim sum special is one of the best deals in town - while not the hands-down best dim sum in town, the dishes (especially the mango pudding) are well made and the service is refreshingly competent. We had a pre-holiday meal here with a couple of other families before catching a train and were immensely satisfied with the food and service. Will definitely be back for more.
