OMG.. finally I saw IDC Dental listed here in TBJ!! I have been raving about it for months now since I first stepped into their clinic.

After seeing seeing so many orthodontic recommendations and having thought about getting my teeth fixed my whole life, I am glad to have made the right decision in approaching Dr. Jaclyn Dam Laute's team at IDC Dental in Winterless Center in Dawanglu.

Big thanks to all those who recommended her and her clinic (through the forum here in TBJ and the group BJC). Everything that was said is true, and much more! Professional team, very hygienic place, speaks fantastic English, warm and welcoming, and best of all, HONEST and AFFORDABLE. It's the first time I've encountered such a service in Beijing after having lived here for 4 yrs. And that's saying a lot because I have been in the service industry most of my working life.

I could go on and on but it's up to you to see it for yourselves. Here is their website: www.idcdentalbj.com. But it would be better to come and have a visit and experience for yourselves. I've always been afraid to see the dentist but Dr. Jaclyn and her team turned around that fear. Smile

Hi, the price is on a case to case basis. In addition, the clinic has a tier-type pricing, ie, depending on the doctor you choose to do what type of service (cleaning, ortho itself, prep work, etc), the prices vary greatly.

If you want, you can consult first. I'm not sure if consultation is still free. (When I went, it was.) Then you will have an informed choice, like what needs to be done or your plan itself, and which doctors are available to do which. They have foreign doctors, foreign-trained local doctors, and local doctors. So you have a very wide range of options.

And to top it off, the terms of payment are quite flexible and good, which was one of my major factors in considering them.

Trust me, it's worth a visit, at least. If you end up going for your ortho to the clinic, I expect for you to treat me to a big, fat burger at Blue Frog. hahaha
