Cakes and pastries that taste as good as they look

Due to my job I've become a regular here over the past few months and highly recommend it. Everything is freshly baked the same day (don't come too early if you want cake!) and of the best quality. No tasteless cotton-wool cakes here. It's also excellent value with large Danish pastries from RMB12 and generous slices of cake from RMB30. The muffins are a meal in themselves but my favourites are the apple Danish (with lots of cinnamon) and the macadamia nut cheese cake. Great coffee too, though pricey. The service is quick and friendly. The only downside is the seating - with hard wooden stools it's not exactly a place to sit and chat for a morning.
