Review of Guizhou Luoluo Suantang Yu
Had their famous Suan Tang Yu (Fish in Sour Soup) for the first time two years ago, then I couldn't help going back to this place. Most of the time, I don't like sour food, I even refuse to eat dumplings if with vinegar on it. But every time I would eat too much food at this place until I couldn't move...
The soup looks like tomato soup but with much more flavors in it, you can tell how authentic the soup is from the color of it and the nice smell. You drink some soup first before they put the fish in it, but for most of the hotpot soup, it's either tasteless or too spicy, you can't drink the soup directly.
Their catfish is the best. Highly recommend their home-made style sources and the green rice tofu. Avgprice is around 60 kuai.
