Review of Bianyifang
My in-laws get take-out from the Chongwenmen branch all the time and it travels well - the skin is adequately crispy, fat-to-meat ratio is spot-on, the sauce is just the right combo of sweet and sour and the bings are paper-thin and fresh. Can't comment on the restaurant itself as I haven't eaten there, but the duck is fantastic.
