I like the place next door - Let's Burger - especially its chicken salad which is much better than at Fresh Elements. so I had high expectations for this new one.
It is similar style. Similar decoration with a seafood flavor and you write down your order which is no big deal. However I find it to be rather expensive. No chinese beer on the menu and only Evian or Perrier (unlike the cheaper water at Let's Burger). My friend ordered a salmon salad which looked good. I have the mixed grill which was not too exciting.
I don't know why the plates are so big. I don't mean that the portions are big - just the plates themselves.
Any ways, it does not seem to be doing very well so far. I went to Let's Burger last week and the place was packed so they made me sit in Let's Seafood (which was nearly empty) and ordered from the Let's Burger menu.

I like Let's Burger. I tried the prawn burger. It's quite funny and fresh. I don't know if American eat prawn burger so much but I think it's very interesting.
I don't fancy Element Fresh especially they type my name wrong on the email they sent to me #o The one I've been to is in Lido. But I like the environment and that was a quiet rainy afternoon.
