Never fantastic but reliably decent

As other reviewers have noted here, Annie's is what it is. Gourmet? No. Amazing? No. It's passable, reasonably priced Italian-style food. In a city where you can often pay through the roof for very ordinary non-Chinese fare, that's not to be sniffed at.

I've been there many times over the years and found the service to be consistently good. Ditto the food quality - never fantastic but reliably decent.

So as long as you're not expecting to be blown away with gourmet cuisine, Annie's is fine for a mid-price Western meal.
