One of the truest tests of a good pizza is how it holds up to being eaten cold. Agrilandia Pizzeria passes with flying colors. Which is good, because you may not have the opportunity to try their pies hot. Granted, we did order six large pizzas at once, but when they turned up two and a half hours later (devoid of any sort of insulation bag), they had attained the temperature of a comfortable reptile. Despite such tardiness, the pies (RMB 38-55), which come in seven classic Italian varieties, are agreeably tasty, with a generous amount of cheese and a thin crust chewy and crunchy in equal parts. Worth a shot for those in the Guomao area.
