This weekend, Side Street will be celebrating their seventh anniversary, so in honor of the big event, we thought we'd check in with the reigning champions of the Beijinger’s Juicy Burger Cup and see what they've been up to recently.

Side Street recently teamed up with Grassroots to launch a lineup of plant-based cheese creations at their Jianguomen branch. The star of the show? BYOB (Build Your Own Burger)
Starting next Wednesday (Mar 20), Side Street is introducing a weekly Build Your Own Burger (BYOB) event at their Jiaodaokou branch. Every Wednesday, you’ll have the chance to create your ultimate burger masterpiece by choosing from 48 different proteins, buns, toppings, cheeses, and sides.
