Sunday 15th August at 11:30am the Beijing Golfers Club will host it's latest event at Orient Pearl Golf Club, a great course in the Shunyi area of Beijing. The BGC sponsored bus will leave from the Kempinski Hotel at 09:30 to bring you to the course and back.

1.Basic warm up moves

2.Special Taichi position, and bacic theory:Jing,Qi and Sheng, Ying and Yang.

3. Yang style 24 tradtional moves.

4.Turing wheels, basic moves of pushing hands.

5,Zhanzhuang, still Qigong, also called meditaion.

Start at Saturday, 8:30am-10:00am, 14th of August, 2021, then every Saturday and Sunday. Meet you at 8am, east gate of Temple of heaven park. Cost 150CNY pp, speaking English and Chinese.

Michelle Gong has a dream to be a Gongfu master since she was a teenager, 2001, came to Beijing, start to learn Taichi. Got a license of Taichi instructor in 2007, and become a member of China Gongfu association in 2008. In 2012, she met the Great Taichi Master Zhangyongliang, and followed him and his group to nowadays.

Our Aquatic Therapist will guide you through a fun session that gets your child accustomed to the water.
