You’ve been working out hard all summer, but with cooler weather and richer food on the way, how can you stay looking and feeling your best?
Join Trainyard and nutritional supplement provider Athletic Greens on 11 September for a fitness and nutrition workshop that will answer all of your burning questions: How often should I be working out? What kinds of training burn the most calories? Just what should I be eating if I want to lose weight?

First, a high-intensity aerobic boxing class with Trainyard star trainers Jerson and Lando will get your heat pumping. Then, sit down for a nutrition workshop with certified sports nutritionist and Athletic Greens ambassador Feline Wang that will teach you all about the basics of weight loss, as well as what to know about macro and micronutrients, your gut flora, and your hormones.
Event schedule:
1.45-2pm: Arrive and sign in
2-2.15pm: Warm up and learn basic boxing moves
2.15-3pm: Boxing class
3-3.10pm: Cool down and healthy snack
3.10-3.50pm: Nutrition workshop
3.50-4pm: Q&A and group photo
