postpost 2.0
The art and art book-filled café in Xicheng has recently opened a second location (third in total if you count their New York venue) in the Xingfucun area. It’s got everything from their original venue but with a lot more space, a lot more clothes, a lot more books, and other goodies like vinyl records on offer as well. postpost 2.0’s first art exhibition – focusing heavily on mushrooms – is also happening now until Jul 5. Definitely worth a ponder over a cup of coffee.

As far as we can tell from this recent “bar” of sorts from their Dianping profile, this is a delivery-only cocktail service. They’ve got a number of classics available, from Whiskey Sours (RMB 55) to Tequila Sunrises (RMB 45) to Mojitos (also RMB 45), as well as Beijing-specific creations like the Dark Plum (RMB 50), made with whiskey, plum juice, tonic, and dried plum; or the Jing Tonic (RMB 50), which sees the traditional G&T with Yanjing beer added in.

Lazy Bar
Another newish opening around the Xingfucun area is this new station for libations. Neon lighting glows down upon fridges filled with wine, and they’ve got cocktails on offer as well, which you can order from a menu of flashcards on a key ring – we suppose that’s the lazy part of this venture.
