CNY Bartender: Don't Get Blue with Xian's Blue Lagoon

Xian bar is one of those places that you know will go out of their way to make sure you have a good time no matter what. They’re like the friend who’s always there and willing to help out.
If you’ve got a party, they’ll happily make arrangements so you’ll feel special and if you just want to unwind after work, the staff there will give you a drink menu, tell you about the drinks deal, and leave you be for the night. It’s great.
They'll be closed until Feb 8 for the Chinese New Year, so while you can’t actually enjoy their cocktails and live music performances, you can make one of their signature drinks right at home.
Blue Lagoon
Ingredients
45ml Havana Club 3 YO
15ml Malibu liqueur
15ml Blue crucao
60ml Pineapple juice
Sprite to top
Method
1. Shake everything except the Sprite together with ice in a shaker.
2. Pour into tall glass and top off the remainder of your glass with Sprite.
